Father’s Day is a celebration to honour fathers and recognize the essence of fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society. This day is a perfect occasion to express our gratitude and appreciation.
To pay tribute to the incredible fathers and express our gratitude for their unwavering support, guidance, and love, Amrita Vidyalayam, Nallampalayam organized a Father’s Day celebration on June 21, 2024, for UKG parents on the school premises.
The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp and a prayer. The program was presided over by Smt. Jayajyothi, Principal of Amrita Vidyalayam, Nallampalayam. The Chief Guest, Brahmachari Sri Nikhilesamrita Chaitanya, addressed the gathering, offering wisdom and guidance on how to be a better father in the lives of their children.
In honour of all fathers and to celebrate this precious bond, the UKG students participated in various fun-filled activities, including making a paper shirt and a zig-zag running race with their fathers. The enthusiasm of the students and the joy on the fathers’ faces were heartwarming.
The dynamic event concluded with fathers sharing their thoughts on the occasion. They expressed their appreciation for the school’s efforts in organizing such a unique celebration, noting that events like these help them understand their children better and strengthen their relationship.
The program concluded with the Shanti Mantra, leaving lasting memories for both fathers and children to cherish for a lifetime.
